For office owners and managers
With new franchise owners, the training begins with a weeklong course at the RE/MAX Global Education Center in Denver that covers every detail of operating a RE/MAX brokerage. Content ranges from planning a grand opening to improving your one-on-one recruiting skills.
Attendees of a typical class of 60 owners forge lifelong friendships, staying in touch with fellow classmates by exchanging referrals and sharing insights. These friendships are often renewed at the annual RE/MAX International Convention and annual Summer Conference for Broker/Owners and Managers. Both events offer brokerage management training, including a two-day advanced course on fiscal management, profitability, recruiting, retention and office policies.
Many RE/MAX Satellite Network programs also focus on office management. And both RSN® and the conventions offer courses worth credit toward the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation.
