RE/MAX Elite Adds Pleasant View Office to Growing Organization
(NASHVILLE, TN., May 11, 2007) – RE/MAX Elite is pleased to announce the recent opening of a new branch office in Pleasant View, Tennessee; the 12th office for the growing company.
"We see opening a Pleasant View office as an opportunity to bring a national brand to an outstanding community with unbelievable growth opportunities," stated RE/MAX Elite CEO Robb Campbell. "This branch office creates a gateway to the surrounding counties of Dickson, Montgomery and Robertson. It’s a wonderful opportunity for our agents and for the communities that we serve."
Located at 6509 Highway 41A, the office is just minutes off of exit 24 on Interstate 24; an area bracing for growth. According to the 2006 U.S. Census Bureau, Cheatham County has experienced a nine-percent growth over the past six years, with Pleasant View experiencing an eighteen-percent growth rate over the past five years.
Overseeing the operations in Pleasant View is Managing Broker Charles Cofer. A native of Springfield, TN, Cofer comes to his position at RE/MAX Elite from RE/MAX First Choice in Springfield. He specializes in residential, and new home construction, and serves the counties of Cheatham, Montgomery and Robertson, honestly and professionally.
"The RE/MAX Elite commitment to customer service and cutting edge resources make it a real estate professional’s dream workplace," Cofer said. "Our associates are living the dream and creating the RE/MAX Elite success story.” Cofer holds membership in both the Robertson County Association of Realtors and the Clarksville Association of Realtors. As well, he is a member of the Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
Also joining the Pleasant View office are Realtors Cathy Holloway, Traci Osborne-White, Rodney Hicks, Deb Haines, Lela McKnight and Lisa York.
"We are excited to bring RE/MAX Elite’s unique branding and proven success to Cheatham County, and to lead a more concerted effort in recruiting quality sales associates in this new marketplace," adds Director of Recruitment Jill Jones.
